At 1400 sq ft, the main cottage has a full kitchen, a dining table that seats 10, sleeping areas for 6 and 2 bathrooms - a 3 pc, plus an ensuite shower room and 2 pc. washroom, both attached to the primary bedroom.

There are two living room areas; one near the wood stove overlooking the lake and one near the 65” TV. 

The kitchen is equipped for gourmet cooking with dinnerware and flatware for 12, quality knives, pots, pans, frying pans. 

The primary bedroom is located on the SE corner of the cottage and is equipped with twin X-tra long beds that can be set up as a king, a custom queen Murphy bed is located on the NE corner of the cottage and can be set up as a work station desk during the day.  There is currently a trundle bed located in the SW corner, which will be replaced in the future with an additional Murphy bed.   

The property is about 1 acre, a reverse pie shaped lot gently sloping to the lake with 225 feet of extremely private frontage looking west toward Crown land.

There is occasional boat traffic for tubing and skiing, however, Fletcher is one of the quietest lakes and most people use canoes, stand up paddle boards, kayaks or drift by at sunset in idling motorboats.

Our favorite spot to veg is the screened in porch overlooking the lake. 

The water system accesses the lake water, which is subsequently processed through a UV system to purify,  supplying both hot and cold water to both the main cottage and the studio.  We also have pure spring water which we use for drinking.
